Be loud and make your voice heard!

You care about the earth and its people? You want to get involved in social and sustainable issues, but don’t know where and how? Then you’ve come to the right place! We show you different ways to be heard.

When the whole world is silence, even one voice becomes powerful.-Malala Yousafzai

Here are some possibilities to make a change and help the world become a better place. So, stand up for your cause and make your voice heard!

Protest for your cause

Be self-confident, loud and stand up for your opinion. Do you think micro-plastics hidden in cosmetics are not getting enough attention? You can make a difference! Inform yourself, share your knowledge and make the world a little more sustainable.

However, make sure you don’t receive your information from only one source. Instead, develop an overview of your topic so you don’t spread false information. For example, use social media to reach out to others who care about the same issue as you do. Be brave and make your voice heard!

Join initiatives to get heard

You want to make the world better along side others? But you don’t know how? Then get involved in one of the many initiatives that exist regionally, nationally, and internationally.

One of the numerous student initiatives is Enactus. Their mission is to shape our future through team spirit, innovation and entrepreneurship. Just have a look at their homepage and browse through their projects.

Sign petitions

Have you ever heard of petitions? They are a good way to show the huge number of supporters and thus put more pressure on policy makers to act.

You can find an overview of already existing petitions here. Perhaps your cause is also included. However, there are many other sites for petitions as well. Just do a little research.

from fair fashion to zero waste – IG Accounts about sustainability

You can use Instagram wisely and learn how to integrate sustainability in your everyday life.
